Here's the simple math:

The Inspector Services Group clients (just those on our programs today) perform around 150,000 units monthly. If only 3% of those sign up for the SMART Plan, at an average inspector take of $15 per month (many will make $20 per month or $240 per year for each plan), that's $9.72 MILLION in additional revenue created annually, with a typical extension on the plans of 2 years...for a grand total of around $100 million. No joke!

My math is perfect. Here's what I said above:

150,000 units per month at 3% times 12 months = 54,000 units

54,000 units average 2 year life spans (which may be low) sold over 5 years equals a total 54,000 plans X 5 years X 2 year life spans X $180 per year per plan on average ($240 per year for many) for our clients = $97,200,000.00


I was pretty good at calling the first $40 million+ we delivered with our alarm leads and concierge programs between cash and products (and growing). This will work much the same.

I spent a long time thinking about recurring revenue models for this industry, and this program is spot on with the only way I could figure to leverage the relationship most inspectors have with their clients. Granted, ISGs size and reach make it much better in terms of additional benefits. And that's all the better. Just glad to hear this idea is much further along than expected!

Correct, created annually with a two year cycle over 5 years, so times 2 times 5= 97

Yes Jeremiah, I see. I have always known that this is the place for the most successful home inspectors. I wish every day that I would've went (everything was taken care of, as far as cost goes). Then again ... as much as I would've loved to of seen you, William Chandler, Mike Casey, Nathan Thornberry and countless others that are way too many to list in this reply, I'm glad that I didn't come. I would've ruined it for the rest of you all at Pete's celebration. I'm still hearing Pete's voice and sometimes songs come on that we both loved. It hurts me really bad Jeremiah. Pete Campbell and I were so much alike in certain ways, he even saved my life a couple of years ago and I will forever be thankful. Pete and I didn't always see eye to eye, we even pisses each other off. Pete tried replacing me as a friend at one time with a successful home inspector from northern California. That was fine with me because to this day, I like that inspector myself. Pete got over being mad at me by calling me up and saying that I was a crazy m-f'r and he wanted to kick my backside. I have always respected Pete and I took an hour long butt chewing. That call woke me up and I'm glad that he set me straight. The next thing I know Pete was emailing me, Facebook messaging me and calling me. Pete would say: I sure wish you were here brother, you need to get your ass down here. Pete called me on New Year's eve and we brought the new year in together. We watched an MMA fight together long distance. Pete didn't like the MMA but that's what he suggested that night and I am so glad that I was with my best friend that night. I know that he called you his little brother, as well. Pete Campbell knew me better than anyone and I got to know and love him too. William Chandler contacted me early 1 morning asking if I heard from Pete. When I checked on Pete, I felt like my whole world ended. I cried and cried and prayed and prayed. I had just got my driver's license and a car and I texted him photos, while he was in the hospital. I tried everything I could to get down there but time wasn't on my side. My best friend and brother left this world and I haven't been the same since.

1 day hopefully at least 20 or 30 years into the future, I will feel that pain once again when I lose a man who has helped me more than anyone could ever ask for and he didn't have to but he did. I love this man (my hero) as much as I loved Pete Campbell. He is the owner of Property 360 out of Jacksonville, Florida. It's because of this legend, Pete and Nathan Thornberry, that I'm doing alright for myself. Jeremiah, when I would've Shaked the hands of Pete's friends like yourself and countless other's, I would've lost it. I love you guys (each and everyone of you so much). I have been in this industry for 20 years now and I have never been what the PUC attendee's would consider a success. I'm no Juan Jimenez or Troy Pappas.

I'm sorry that I don't get on any forums or Facebook much anymore. Everything has changed for me (for the better) and my days go by as fast as minutes anymore. I will hope see you one day and all of the other greats, as well. I never know what my future holds either, that's why I hope everyone of you know that I love everyone of you. Honestly, you guys have made my life worth living. I pray for each of you and your families. Stay safe and take care.

Can I get a direct link to sign up for the SMART home service plan, please? All I could find was the different levels for clients to choose ... Platinum, Diamond, etc. Whenever you get a chance. Thanks and take care.
