ISN Notifications

Hello Everyone!
For those of you that use ISN AND a call center, do you have a set up that when the call center books the inspection you get notified to schedule the inspection? Just this week I had one come in for Monday and I didn't even know about until I got a signed agreement notice in my email. Or even if ISN only gets a call and they can't schedule something, then I have an incomplete order on my ISN screen. While having a call center does have it's merits, I need to find a (better) system to get notifications of inspections.

Set-up an email to you 1 or 10 mins after the appointment is created. If you need help let us know.

I figured that is what would need to be done. What steps need to be completed to do that? I went through my settings and I didn't see the right options to do that.

Ask the question while you're logged into ISN with the live chat function. They are unusually helpful over chat and sometimes can even do things for you.

I glanced over it and I'll get it set up later. But with the little I read, that may be what I need. If I still have issues getting it set up, I will reach out to ISN during business hours.

I do not have that set up. I get too many emails as it is. I look in the mobile version a few times a day to get a feel on whats going on and desktop in the evening.
