RWS & Home Inspection University acquires Heartland Home Inspection Training

Home Inspection University, part of Residential Warranty Services, Inc., has just announced the acquisition of Heartland Home Inspection Training in Indianapolis. Jim Sipe, the current President and Operator, will stay on board to advise and launch our third permanent live training site and the second designed specifically to train new inspectors. The current location in Indy will be closed and a training facility, complete with live demo mechanical and structural components, will be constructed at RWS headquarters in Carmel, IN.
