Do any of the Mac users know of a good PDF editing (form filling) software? I need to be able to add photos and fill in some blanks.

I don't know the answer to that question, but coincidentally a friend messaged me on Facebook to ask about her inspection report. It was from a client so I said okay

First thing I did was open the termite form...totally blank. I asked about that one and she said the inspector, with a major franchise, said his software created PDF's that couldn't be viewed on Apple products.

What?!?!

This is a terrible customer experience! I had her call the inspector, and as it turns out the report was "Visible, Damage, etc".

Unbelievable.

I have yet to encounter any problems with PDF of my reports to clients. If there has been a problem, it has not been brought to my attention. I'm trying to do a report for an FHA MPS which operates with PDF editor. I'm finding a way to manage for this report, but it's not easy or convenient. I guess this is just another price I pay for being an Apple junkie. One of these days I may have to make the switch to PC to make my professional life easier.

I have been a Mac user since 1986. There is PDFbuddy - an online editor that works OK. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro - that does a FABULOUS job. There is another, cheaper piece of software that I don’t have, but have other products in their line that are excellent - PDF Pen )smile on my Mac.

Hope that helps.

Try iSkysoft PDF Editor Pro. I use it to mark up images, add text, delete text and objects, convert documents to and from pdf form, etc. Works very well and has no real limitations. You'll pay around $100 for the full pro version.
