As many of you are aware, we're holding two conferences next season- the Power User Conference in Indy and then the Ultimate Inspection Conference in Vegas- and we're looking to reinvent the "vendor hall" and make it a true exhibition hall.

Who are the vendors and/or what are the types of businesses you rely on in your business.

the ususal suspects are and always be important but the world changes. moving beyond the normal are these growing needs:

Real SEO pro's not affiliated with a particular vendor/program
contract graphic design - maybe you could get FIVERR to take a booth
More insurance choices - our current vendors do not offer enough for many growth or specialty firms
Media help with radio, TV, print
Personal branding
contract help with facebook, linkedin, twitter, square, etc

lenders who would take a real look into assisting inspectors - if you can find one who has a clue. be a great market for a whale who can make a quick decision - no big banks. Name should start with Guido or Sal

National service/retail companies who are looking into teaming with home inspectors on special programs, i.e., Home Depot, Lowes
Insurance carriers who may have an interest in subcontracting inspections

Nothing personal to any vendor, but we need some new opportunities

I miss the tool guys. Professional equipment used to show up until they went out of business.

I think we need some credit card processors. Some printing and promotional material people (I don't mind the competition), sign guys...keep the suggestions coming.

Content generation services such as email newsletters and flyers that are dependable and professional.

Industry specific business services that provide things like starter employee manuals for inspection companies and telephone scripts for call centers or new office staff.

Lead generation list companies where you can purchase lists of brokers offices or real estate agents in you marketing area in a format that would be compatible with ISN or BAM Dashboard.

Industry specific printed correspondence for overlooked items like Thank You cards or other direct mailings.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head for now.

I want to see the next "it"or must have item that you did not see coming and now need. Any ideas on what it might be?
