I still remember Dominic at HIP talking about how inspection websites with a pic of a dog on the homepage had better rankings and the time spent visiting the site was longer.

I remember the first time I saw Dominic through an entire presentation. He was wearing a full headset with microphone at GLC ASHI in Schaumburg. All the inspectors sat and listened intently...and none took action.

And for entry #2, I'll let you know I just ordered the Ultimate Home Books to replace the "other guys" books for all of my clients and some Realtors as well. I passed a sample around to family and friends and they all thought that it was better.
