There are many realtors that I feel would agree that Elite Home Inspections, the largest inspection company in all of California, is the most influential in the home inspection industry.

I'm leaning to a couple 'Godfathers". First....
Mike Crow comes to mind immediately. My business changed dramatically after I met him.

Second Godfather would be Nick at InterNachi. Always has a handful of good ideas.
My online CEU classes for State of Illinois are the best thing.

Finally, My last Godfather is Chuck Bellefontaine. Owner of Bellman group Inspection training. We are still in contact and I highly value his opinions.
