I know it has helped me as well. Almost all of my sites are either first result or first page, even multiple results on the first page, for the relevant search terms.

What are your thoughts on Search Engine Optimizers? Outfits like: LocalSplash, Main Street Host, Adcom8, etc.? Is paid SEO necessary to really get noticed, or can I truly do it myself organically?

How would I market to a huge real estate company that already uses a contract to close person who sends the big inspection company most of the business? By the way the big inspection company owners and Broker for real estate company are friends

I've done all mine in house and we do pretty well. Very little inspection business comes from the Internet generally, so I would not put a lot of money into it.

Inspected a house today (Sunday) that is worthy of a custom made BIG HOME BOOK cover. What do you think?

One small suggestion outside of putting your truck in front of it like you did on Facebook...

Talk it up to the agent! Seek their permission. They'll be so proud to have one of their listings on the cover of a book that they will talk you up at every opportunity.

This was the other side. Might look better from here. Did not think so when I was there, so I did not move the van, but looking at it here...

Good idea, would not hurt my feelings to keep working in there. Del Rio is the top area in Modesto.
