Digital leveling systems

OK. Here we go again! A journey of 1.5 thousand posts begins with a single... ummm... post!

I've got a long way to go and other people are close to halfway there. I'm not worried about trying to win the DLS. I got a dollar that says Nathan will forget about it once that happens.

Sheehan, I see you are well over the 1500. I don't know if anyone else is up that high. I'd hit him up for it if I was you.

I continue to use it. There've actually been a few where the data may a difference in my evaluation. I've gotten a lot of high reading on slabs right where the plumbing was.

I use mine at every inspection just doing a spot check of the corners of the house. Most of the time I get readings in the good range. My highest reading that I have gotten has been 4.3 inches out of level. You have to love houses that are built over a mine.
