Real Review from SMRT Home Inspections: I got a copy of Nathan's books earlier this year. After an abysmal January and February, we did more business in March than any other month in the history of our business. Then April broke that record. Comparing the number of inspections that I've done this year to previous years, I can see that it took until the end of August last year to do as many home inspections as I have done up to today. That's a huge improvement! Thanks Nathan!!!

I stumbled on to Nathan and his company because I watch for successful people and tend to follow and ask questions. Although he is a very busy person he picked up the phone the first time I called and spent 30mins + with me explaining how his products help me and my clients. I love the FLIR TG165, great portable product perfect for quick inspections of the electrical panel or a baseboard, among other uses. I prefer to pull this out first before our larger more expensive cameras as this can see a problem area, just not as clear. Highly recommend!

I also use these great RWS products in my business and just this year we have picked up 9 new agents simply because our USP's were better and provided value to their clients. Much thanks to Nathan and team, they are always available and responsive. Not all companies are in it to help the little guys, we appreciate it!

Just a couple weeks to drawing time...why waste your time on another forum?

I was just out in my party garage, checking out inspection toolboxes and supplies.

I saw several pens sticking out of pen holders in a Craftsman bag I use for some of the mold inspection equipment.

I relocated those pens to other places b/c I use the IL App and no longer have to fill out handwritten COC Forms!

ps--my clients are usually impressed when they me see me doing ALL the 'paperwork' digitally!
