Is there a list out there for circuit breakers that are allowed to have double taps on them?

You don't need to know which brands or styles are listed for two conductors.

It will be blatantly obvious when looking at the breaker. If there are two slots or grooves, it's probably listed for two conductors. You can then look on the breaker or verify online.

Have not run across one yet, will look for the slot/groove, labeling on the breaker to confirm. Knew about Square D, thought there may be more.

When you look at the Square D's it's super obvious that it was designed for two conductors.

It has two grooves on the saddle plate.

I believe that Cutler Hammer CH series are designed to hold two conductors. Visually with these it is not obvious, you need to read/find the CH series writing.

The cutler hammer breakers designed for two conductors have a v shaped saddle plate and a wire can go on either side of the v. It's pretty obvious like the w shaped saddle plate on square d breakers.

I searched www.UL.com and found nothing. I will search for the major electrical supply houses here in my area to find out the different manufactures who make circuit breakers, then another search to locate them and contact them asking the same question.

Please be reminded that the NEC in 110.14(A) includes this as the last sentence: "Terminals for more than one conductor and terminals used to connect aluminum shall be so identified."

You should also look at UL's Marking Guide for Molded Case CB's where in #19 they cover the subject of this post.
