Agreed, me too!

I have found this a couple of times with a local flipper. Poly is stapled to the top of the joists and insulation is spread over the top. The insulation placard states that it has 12" installed. Then we came along

Can we say a little moisture problem in the crawlspace? This was from my first paid inspection. Oh yeah, the green thing in the dirt.......that's a 5 gallon bucket with no holes cut in it which was used as a sump pit.

Keep them coming. Someone is going to get an awesome boost to their business with IR.
