Amazing what people will do for a buck

So I get to a big commercial inspection this morning and see a 180 ton roof unit looking like the first photo. Turns out someone tried to steal the copper wire inside is what I figure. All I can see is they maybe came through the beat up vent opening, as this thing is four stories up, and the roof hatch was locked....nice. No sign of bodies or injury. Must have been scary.

I'm curious to what you put on your report to explain this. I see something like, "All of the copper from the Air condition has been removed in an unprofessional manner, at to render said appliance inoperative." LOL

Funny. Obviously in need of major repair and not operational!
