My conversation with a Florida Real Estate Agent today.

A client of Mark Wahl and Waypoint Inspections emailed me a few times regarding our one year warranties with questions. By the fifth email, I just gave her my cell number to call. The agent was buying a place herself and Waypoint inspected it. Prior to our call, she had read literally every word of both of our home warranty policies (Simple and Advantage Plan) and compared it to other policies as well.

After her initial questions were answered, she told me that working with us and working with Mark, since we work together, makes a lot of sense to her and she will encourage all of her clients to do the same. She told me that several times in the past she had home warranty companies deny "pre existing conditions" that were also somehow NOT a part of the home inspection. Her words:

"Never Again"

Whats the going rate for a 2BHK apartment in Thane, Mumbai Vipulshah? I am in the market for that exact size and location, like you're reading my mind....

I thought Nathan said the regulatory environment in Mumbai Vipulshah was too challenging to overcome... Looks like I heard wrong.
