Is a home not listed with an agent eligible for warranties through ISG?

It seems I read it somewhere, but can't find the information now. If you do a home inspection for a buyer and the home is not listed by a Real Estate Agent, is that buyer eligible for warranties on the home inspected? I am speaking about all of the warranties offered.

The 90-day Warranty, SewerGard, MoldSafe, Roof Protection Plan, & Termite Protection Plan are only eligible to clients you did a home inspection for.

When your clients file a claim, one of the requirements are submitting a copy of the home inspection report. This is to confirm there weren't any pre-existing conditions that were pointed out by you at the time of the inspection.

We DO offer extended warranties for select states. When your clients close on their home, they may be provided with a home warranty from the seller, depending on the terms of their purchase.

If not, have them check us out! If you're one of our ISG users; RecallChek, 90-day Warranty, etc., your clients will get an automatic extension to 18 months (18 months for the price of 12) as a client of yours.

Their annual payment is based off the square footage of the home. And the condition of the property, as you inspected it, is guaranteed as part of your no pre-existing condition policy.

Carl, REAs have nothing to do with the validity of USPs we choose to offer.

That's correct Pete. Obviously our USP's are a huge benefit to them, both from a marketing standpoint as well as a liability reduction, but whether or not it was listed is irrelevant to us.
