86% Kill Rate in the middle of winter. How great is that?

I love seeing the reporting from ISN and our Call Center.

Yes. We don't get paid, and in fact we take a loss, until you make money. It's the right thing to do as we see it.

We do that with just about everything because we know it works. Over 95% of our trial clients on all of our services turn into raving, money-making fans.

Yes, a keyboard malfunction.

I just ran our stats and ISG call center is at 94.75% kill rate for the last 30-days.
