I see that on the agent's page they have a dashboard link to schedule appointments. I was curious how many of you are giving this out to agents and what your experience has been with it, pros/cons. I'm thinking of implementing it and wanted to get some feedback from others. Thanks.

I have not yet implemented it yet, but a good way to do it is to mention it or provide the link in the thank you email or report attachment through ISN's automatic emails.

It really is an interesting concept when you think about it.
Typically we either see one of two things:
1. A website
2. An app
This is simply a website, posing as an app, and avoids the user having to put in certain data. It's like a link to your gmail account, except after the point where a password is required.
It's a brilliantly simple approach, the one issue being getting everyone to save a link to their home screen.

We have been texting the link to some of our agents, and about 30% have been using it.
Initially, when an agent sets up an inspection using their Real Estate Dashboard (RED) ISN sets that inspection appointment as "incomplete". I asked ISN if this could be changed and it cannot. This is less than ideal because you could have an agent place an order through their RED at say 10:30pm and then another order calls in first thing in the morning during business hours before you have a chance to check your incomplete orders folder and that order gets scheduled in a slot the RED order had came in with.

I wish Dan and crew would create a video for agents on how to save it on your home screen and use it. That way I could attach the video to an email. They would be much higher use.

You could always make your own video. I'm working on putting together a few videos to have included with the emails. I could add that to the list of stuff I'm going to do.
