I'm about to launch my second web-site. As with my first, the second, and third, will have a url featuring a local city in my service area... my most prevalent SEO tip from Dominic.

Once I receive my Drone and my Crawlbot, I'll set-up a website with a theme of... "What the Buyers Sees," "What Other Home Inspectors See," and "What PRECISE Home Inspectors see." To also include IR, of course, and other tools/instruments. (I think I got this idea from Ben Gromicko.)

My first ancillary service-oriented website will probably be for Mold, as I know of only one other HI doing mold in my area; (hassle to get licensed in Texas.)

That's a phenomenal idea.

My internet referral feedback mostly talk about my reviews (Google and formerly Yahoo,) but those who make it to my website speak of my engineering experience and the humor of my homemade video.
My new sites will have testimonies sprinkled throughout.

Although not yet launched, Danelle just did a new site for me. She did my first one a long long time ago, in galaxy far far away; but the second one is a lot easier on my eyes; a lot less cluttered, I think.

I can't help to notice I've been the only one posting on this thread of late. Did I miss a memo?

I'll be disappointed if I don't get a new website.

My top search terms in Utah are Utah Home Inspection instead of searching for the city. I guess it's because Utah's population is concentrated in only a few areas.

Great idea, I have a URL for instructions after the home inspection (ie, blog posts, inspection response, negotiating tips, policy information, trusted contractors, etc.)

I also have a URL for agents only with approximate pricing, blog posts, trusted contractors, etc. To access the site they have to enter their email which then gets collected through my email marketing provider to use for future mass emails.
