Lots of good information here. I just want to be sure I understand correctly. It seems some are using licensed HI's to expand, but some are also using an unlicensed helper (basically admin).

Your home inspection should bring "Peace of Mind Protection Every Time!"

Not really an admin. There's no license needed for setting up ladders and speeding your process.

My helper checks all kinds of stuff, although we don't have a license in our state. He basically does all interior items, outlets, windows, lights, doors, attics. I do the rest, cut my inspection time just about in half. Plus if he needs to "run interference" from a pain in the butt REA or home seller, its awesome.

I see a lot of multi-inspector firms using multi-inspectors for each home regardless the size of the home. I imagine you could breeze through inspections when you have more manpower.

You've come a long way, Rich. Don't know how long you've been doing inspections, but you've been with us at ISG/RecallChek for two years as of last month.

From a personal level to a business level, we've watched you grow tremendously! Freakishly fast, might I add!
