I need a little help in explaining to clients "the no pre existing condition tag" It's hard to explain to them that a pre-existing roof leak
isn't covered.
Thank you
Tom

As per policy:

"This contract only covers those items that were confirmed to be in good working order at time of inspection and excludes all others, regardless of their condition at the time of inspection or if they were repaired."

If you point out any defects, failures, etc. at the time of the inspection - that is considered a pre-existing issue and would not be covered.

The second sentence under the coverage terms states so.

Hope this helps!
