What would that be exactly?

Basically it is an app on your iPhone or Android that imports all your appointment data from ISN and allows you to snap a photo of Air-O-Cells and other testing media and submit directly to our lab, leaving you free to just send in samples. No longer will it be necessary to write down serial numbers and fill out Chain of Custody forms.

So that's 10 minutes off of your appointment time...now for the best part:

100% accuracy.

With hand written COC's (or even typewritten) there is a huge rate of inaccuracy. Here it is 100% because our scanner reads the screen and the media and they match up perfectly.

What if we're currently not using ISN (yet), I have it, just haven't had time to get it working, too busy. Can we enter in the information manually? Also, can my status just permanently remain Rockstar. Befitting I think.

There's no other good place to get the information automatically, so we have no plans to expand the integration beyond ISN. You need to get on it!

All the same, you can manually input and I suppose with Siri and Voice Recognition it won't be too bad.

(Never thought I'd say using voice recognition makes you behind the times...wow.)

I don't use ISN for stand-alone mold testing.

If mold testing with a HI, yes I use ISN for the mold report upload and delivery.
