I haven't come across cracking that bad before. The worst I have seen was an addition that was cracking at the seem due to settling. What did you use to determine it was 3 degrees out of level? Not too bad compared to others we've had repaired." ... oookay. They normally dump $70k - $80k into their houses. This has to be eating up a large portion of that. Although, I'm sure the price was right.
