So very true I was off put by that also, but when you see all the integrated user friendly features along with customer service second to none.

It was a good choice for me and being the only inspector in my area with it has some nice benefits too, clients love the reports.

To each their own I guess and I understand if you bought your software years ago, why give it up now?

I was in the market and what Spectora offered was leaps and bounds above the archaic software on the market. It works for me.

Spectora has been getting a lot of good reviews. Fully integrated with RecallChek as well.

I have two Software I use. I like Room2Room it is very easy to use, customization and a one time fee. They are coming out with one that you pay per report mobile. however I believe they are still selling the desk top version. The other is Hometrex same reason as above, however I like it better for commercial inspections.
