Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen

We are establishing dealerships across the continental United States, and ideally a dealership area will encompass an area 200 square miles. For many, this area holds several million households, for others not quite that much.

In the large occupancy areas sales will grow quickly and you'll likely need to hire employees whom you will train from your own expertise in residential inspections. I say this because some people are not interested is running/managing a business with employees that could grow to as many as 15 to 20.

This Franchise absolutely requires the owner to be of good moral character, have an attitude of serving the customer, bondable, and able to grow quickly.

Now for the good part you are waiting to hear - what income can you expect? Your income is really a matter of statistics; in 2019 the industry was $400 billion spent across the US, or roughly $10 billion across 48 states. Its not going to be even among the states, higher density areas will be higher than lower density. For ease of use, I will use $10 million in sales for a dealership area. A dealership with $10 million can expect to do $1 million in business by the end of the second year in business. On average 25 percent of that will be in your pocket.

We want to establish as many dealership as possible across the country, and to do so, we realize we must keep the initial cost within reach. Therefore we have established a purchase price of $35,000 for a 2-year license. At the end of 2 years, your permanent license price will depend on the amount of business you are doing.

A person cannot get a 4-year degree for $35,000 nor can they earn good money from day 1.
