Seller got screwed, 3 year old roof needs to be replaced!

We inspected a house in Deland, FL whose roof was just 3 years old. Because of the list of issues, we recommended that the roof be replaced. The installation of the roof shingles and the flashings was simply wrong and I cannot imagine any roofer in the Orlando / Central Florida area would risk attempting extensive repairs that might have them on the hook for future performance of that roof. The home inspectors at Inspectagator understand shingle and flashing installation that usually get overlooked when an inspector performs only a visual inspection from the ground.
