I'm going to be posting the content of a conversation I had earlier with a multi-inspector firm owner that had an inspector leave...and they contacted me with the same concerns I've heard dozens of times.

As we all grow, the problems get bigger too...but it's worth it! You won't get advice like this anywhere else, nor will you find a more educated group anywhere to chime in.
