Has anyone created a presentation or class on the topic of utilizing emotional intelligence to manage emotions during the home inspection process? We have this as part of a presentation now, but would like to build a full presentation and maybe class around it. Our hope is reminding/teaching agents how to manage client emotions to help with a smoother inspection process.

My education background is in clinical psychology and I often read body language, intonation, and employ reflective listening, and lowered voice when sharing information about health and safety issues and big ticket items if I notice the client becomes alarmed.
