IL Mold Testing Mobile App

Is there an update on this?

I have to print some COCs.

The app is complete and is already in the Android stores...may very well be in iTunes as well. If not it will be any day now.

We are waiting on ISN to complete integration and then Mold Testing Changes Forever!

where do we get info on how to use for both android and i-ph ?

I just found it on the app store for my iPhone

For the iPhone, go to the app store and look up InspectorLab

Anybody use the app yet? When I try to submit a COC it gets hung up and spins.

That shouldn't be happening and I have alerted our tech team to respond to you.

ISN integration should be up any day and then goodnight to other labs...why would you ever fill out a COC by hand ever again?

Can you make sure that you have a strong enough internet connection to transmit the data. If you are submitting several images it may take awhile to upload on a weak connection. If you post the property address I can look at the logs and see what is going on.

Gotta love the anonymous "Admin" that knows all and fixes all. lol

I have a strong 4G signal on my Samsung Note 4. One picture is all I took. I will try again when I get home.

Ok, I figured it out. I put a picture in the first one and I guess the app does not size the photo at all, so it got the 16M photo. Once I got home I took out the picture and it went out just fine.

Pro Tip: Wait for the app to tell you the COC code before you put the package in the FedEx box.....

APP has some quirks. I did not see anywhere to input weather, not sure it matters. Also, on the surface sample tab, the size of the sample can't be entered, only whole numbers.

Got the results back today at 1:15. That's fast.
