I have two: one is the original Bot with the upgrade package and one is the Bot 2.0. $1200 for the first and $1500 for the newest one (less than a year old).

Precisely.
I'm still a lowlife Godzilla - you said I was made a General. I told everyone, my wife, my friends/family, my clients and now I am looking like a bald faced liar or one of Trumps cabinet chairs; at least they got to have the title for a week or so. Maybe you're just too busy for us Godzillas.

In FL, we have many carriers who want the panel upgraded after 40 years, regardless of manufacturer

Switching zones and running around the house and going through 2 gates to see what was going in the front yard was a pain. Launched the drone, viewed from my phone, verified everything working, never moved more than 5 feet.
Never thought of this. Sweet!

ridiculous rule. I'll take my chances on being the first home inspector to be executed for inspecting a roof.

waste of time/money/effort. I had Healthy Home Inspection on my website for years and got one order. I see the celebrity from Canada stole my name/protocol and offers a Healthy Home Inspection. The public won't pay for it. People with sick kids will make countless trips to the ER, pay thousands on meds and generally suffer thru life but they won't spend $695 to $1295 to get a true evaluation of the conditions in their homes which are making them sick. Maybe it's a lack of credibility, lack of support by the medical community or they don't have the $695...in either scenario, these type jobs are rare. I have about a dozen or so testimonials where I was able to dramatically improve peoples health and comfort by identifying problems with their homes (and they took my advice and made the repairs). Often, repairing the home is just not an affordable option so they stay on meds.
One other thing: You generally cannot alleviate all triggers in one inspection. It may take 3-4 different trips to the residence to eliminate the sources.

I've never liked pre-fab "fireplaces" and personally think they should be outlawed. Interesting input on a topic I've never really researched. We are simply going to exclude any comments on them in the future. I've never liked putting my head in these things to begin with. Our comment going forward is....Excluded, consult with a certified chimney sweep before use.

No moisture or leaks. The corrosion is due to the corrosiveness of the water vapor from too much use and no maintenance. Hydrogen and carbon create a corrosive water vapor which corrodes unfinished metal.

Nope but thanks for alerting me. Are you kidding me? Chimney sweeps have different levels of inspection? I thought they showed up in hearses with top hats and basically cleaned the darn thing.
