We shifted to our new home last week. My husband noticed some leak in the basement ceiling the last day. We checked the floor above the basement, but we are confused whether it is the kitchen or the bathroom which is causing the leak. As we are not much aware of our new home, we are just confused on what to do. My husband came up with an idea of checking the plumbing for leaks. Neither I nor my husband is handy with this stuff, so we've just planned to call a plumbing service. But as we are new to this place, we are not aware of the plumbing services here. We asked our neighbor and he suggested professional plumbers Toronto. Also, we have to take care of our basement. So along with plumbing, we'll have to waterproof our basement too. What are the options that we should consider for waterproofing??

Hello all,
Last year's Christmas was awesome, but there was heavy snowfall here. Our roof already had few damages, but now they got worse. There are ice dams in our roof and it is causing serious damages to our gutter. We'll have to get it repaired before it gets even worse. I was thinking of calling residential roof replacement and repairing service ( http://www.rooflines.com/services/residential-roofing/ ). Does anyone here have any experience with their service?? I would like to get suggestions from you on this.
Hello all,
My friend has bought a new home. She shifted to her new home last week. She told me that she is planning for wiring inspection that has to be done before this month. She is planning to call home electrical inspection Orillia ( http://www.theshockdoctors.ca/electrician-services/wiring-inspections-for-safety-and-insurance/ ). Does anyone here have any experience with them?? Are they trustworthy?? Do you have any other suggestions??
Hello GMedich,
Thank you for your suggestion.. I really liked to become a home inspector but I was not able to do a course on it due to my financial situation. But now I strongly feel that I should achieve my aim. I don't prefer going for a work which I don't like and also my income is very low. I have to look after my career and my family. So this is my only hope. But anyway I'll discuss with my family and come to a final decision. Thank you again for spending your valuable time for me
Hello all,
I'm working now, but I'm not satisfied with my job because I don't get sufficient income. So i have decided to study business course on home inspection. But I will not to able to go for the course because I will not be able to leave my job. I am the only source of income for my family. I happened to hear about distance education on Home Inspection Training https://www.freedombusinessschool.com/scripts/distanceeducation.asp . I hope i'll have a good scope in this if I complete my training. What are your opinion on this??
Polymer sand are the best for interlocking the units and preserving the beauty of the paves. Also they are weather resistant and need not to be replaced during extreme weather conditions.
