Just got started (in fact I'm running my AIRCAT test right now.) Using RADALINK because of the ease of getting the job done. Terry has been great starting with answering my questions, to training in Melbourne back in January, to finally pulling the trigger and getting the system. The only trick was getting the blue tooth connection. I plan on getting another inspector certified so we can trade off in setting up and picking up.

Just booked flight and hotel. Eddy will remain behind managing the crew. Look forward to it since I didn't come for the first 2.

Our local paper comes out once a month and only posts positive news about the businesses, families, communities, schools, local military base and churches/other in the area. We are always putting in articles and making sure our events are posted in the news. Many folks look forward to the feel good articles.

And I will add that I love my work as well- 10 years into it.

Just over 2 years ago, it was just me. Now we have 5 inspectors (plus another one about to be hired), 2 marketers and an admin helping keep us sane (successful to a point.) Alot do to the great industry support we have our there.

Three Transit Connects and a Focu

I use full version HIP on my Surface Pro 2. It's clear and concise and I usually finish on site. I like the Surface because I can play the RWS videos on it for clients to show the benefits they're getting. It also connects quick using my Hot Spot to send the reports out thru ISN afterwards. Been using HIP since 2008 (I think Dominic was 12 years old.) Have molded, tweaked, reworded, added, subtracted comments to continue to keep it fresh, up to date and aligned with the current standards. Templates are very easy to use and manipulate and HIP customer service is excellent.

Waypoint will represent. Looking forward to having Eddy Lai attend on behalf of Waypoint and help us grow the business.
