I use this tactic in a different way. I do not ever use it to steal another companies business but I have a very famous tv personality in my direct market. I use the name in my background

seo stuff but not using dynamic keywords that would put that name to the forefront. It may have drawbacks and attach my business to his also, but I do get top rankings regularly in maps. Which i believe is where most will click from with easy access to phone number and websites as a clickable link.

Many of you already know some of this but I have a new company that has some really serious ROI for inspectors. Reviews are heavy hitting in the SEO world. We now have a full review Acquisition. Program that gets real reviews from your clients in real time. If you use RecallChek already then getting going is really simple. And takes only ten minutes. We send out an email after you submit your RecallChek report and it has a simple thumbs up/thumbs down. It is branded with your logo for your company. If they select thumbs up and want to right a good review, it takes them directly to your review sites ( you can change them out if you want to rotate where your reviews go) . I. The other hand if they select thumbs down then it gets intercepted and auto forwarded to you so that you can deal with the issue as you see fit.
