Structural Report - Beam Stress
»
Go to message
I am reconsidering the purchase of home that I had inspected a few weeks ago.
There was a "structure issue" where a couple beams were considered too stressed.
I need a second and third opinion on the report I've attached; can someone explain this to me? Ss this something I need to worry about?
Would this decrease the value of the home even if the sellers were to follow the fix?
Thanks.
