Yeah I am interested in this.
Have a client wanting an air quality test for asbestos. I've never done one before. Anyone with experience with the process please let me know. Would I use the same cartridge from InspectorLab? Same liter and minutes for the pump? Please outline the process. Thanks in advance.
The industry is changing. Starting today, I would work for a reputable company to gain experience. Some offer benefits and salary which would be hard to obtain on your own. Just an option.
Brad, you mean to build you one?
Jeremiah, basically its a link to my ISN. I mean in all honesty it's just for the agents convenience. Cost me around $300 a year to keep up with. We will see if it is worth it. My thought process is agents like easy, I'm just going an extra step.
App is now available on the App Store and Google Play. Help a fellow inspector out with a good review.
We actually do a lot of pre-inspections for one specific company. From time to time, the buyers inspector will find items we didn't. Call it different styles or areas of focus. Usually just miscellaneous items. Anyone have a good response for unrealistic realtors.
Country's largest employee based huh? Never hear of the company. To my knowledge, Fox is the largest employee based and his percentages aren't close to those mentioned. Am I right Nathan or has this one been hiding?
The price wasn't too bad, plus I did some of the html coding myself. Apple developer fee is a pain at $99 a year.
Trying to keep the momentum going. I have built a new website and created an Android and iOS app to make it easier for agents to schedule and view their reports. Also, they can view the warranty policies and order the 18 month warranty. The app has push notifications, so when I'm running a special etc.. I can let the agents know.

Next additions are Top 3.0, thermal imaging, and to attend all the upcoming conferences.

App: Home Spectors for iOS or Android
I'm in.
Tick, tock, tick, tock
Must have just been temporarily down. Thank you
Nathan, Dr. Shane, anyone. The Inspector Lab app is not working. Trying to submit COC and it will not go through. I have tried on 2 androids and 1 iPhone. Your assistance please.
I did one half this size for $2500, so $5000.
