Thanks for weighing in, it's appreciated.

I received a lot of great input over at the InterNACHI forum. If anyone is interested in reading more on this topic.

If anyone has any additional thoughts or comments, they would really be appreciated.
Nathan Thornberry, do you have an opinion or insight on this?
Thanks Roy. Can I run a camera scope down the plumbing, legally?

Thanks
In Florida, as a licensed HI, can I perform leak detection services (drain and supply)? I would greatly appreciate any specific statutes or declaratory statements on the subject. Thank you for your time.

Looks nifty, I haven't seen this as of yet. I must have it!

Thanks
I have an new Client that requires that I activate my Florida Mold Assessor License. As a result, I need to obtain the $1,000,000 Gen Liab and E&O that the state requires. Your suggestions and experiences would be most helpful.
I still see a large percentage of Realtors involved in transactions. In my opinion, it is not finding the right house that intimidates people, but rather the contracts, disclosures, addenda, closing docs, and other legal matters that intimidate both Buyers and Sellers. Most don't realize that the title company will handle the majority of that for them (at least some title companies). They want a "professional" by their side, walking them through these matters.
Michael, in my opinion, typing and preparing the written report is the most technical part of the process. Just keep practicing actually typing up reports. Type dozens of practice reports and read other inspectors reports for plenty of tips of what to do and what not to do. The final report is how most clients will remember you, so practice, practice, practice.

Glad you are out there inspecting, Michael. I know Pete would be happy to see that.

Thanks.
I was curious if Nathan and Nick are still doing that marketing tour of the US? If so, can you provide the dates, especially the Florida dates?

I might have to use that one. Or perhaps, Inspection Commander In Chief.

Funny stuff
