In our experience with these services spanning over two decades, almost no inspector has had trouble convincing their local market to accept a price increase of $10–$20 in order to cover this expense. We don't believe in charging anything for the first 90 days since we know that many companies don't raise prices at all if their main goal is to quickly boost volume. This will allow us to prepare and release your marketing materials and for your business to see increased demand before we begin charging you.

We have to check the whole distribution system, which I assume includes the heating in livable spaces. The IN SOP I quickly read earlier today seems to be very much the same.

Instead, you'll probably shift your attention to sales and marketing while continuing to attempt to do inspections to preserve anything like your present income flow. The most probable situation is that this progressively worsens, reducing your own inspection schedule by 10 to 20 for a few months on average. Whether or not they are aware of it, there is a very clear cash flow loss on that throughout the reconstruction phase that most likely totals approximately $30,000.
