That's my point...my brochure says "no pre-existing conditions with your inspection from"
I need a little help in explaining to clients "the no pre existing condition tag" It's hard to explain to them that a pre-existing roof leak
isn't covered.

I don't want to go to Lakeland for a client. Any takers.
What's the difference...I notice I only offer 14mo on my brochures
