Thanks again Stephanie. Great info as always.
Prior to 1984 not to many had home inspection. Pretty much everyone worked for the seller. It was “Buyer Beware” In 1984 there was a case that changed all that and made real estate agents more responcible for full disclosure. It also pretty much gave birth to the home inspection industry. https://youtu.be/AN2jYhqT8RU
Thank you Stephanie. We have been using your articles in our meetings.
Good Stuff.
Curious about you guys thoughts on DJI's latest drone, the DJI mini. It is under the weight that can be regulated by the FAA. They might could still get you because your using it commercially. It sure would be nice to not have to deal with all those hoops just to use it 25 ft above a roofline. Sorry to use the same reply. But this was from your other article on this year.

The homes segment is not yet profitable, reporting a loss before income tax of $27.2 million on $41.3 million in revenue. Barton said profitability will come as Zillow Offers and the Homes segment scale up, but he didn’t give specific timing.

“It’s definitely going be awhile, and it could happen in the three-to-five-year time frame, but honestly we just don’t know,” Barton said of profitability in the Homes segment. “A lot of it will depend on how rapidly it grows for how long, and how big ultimately this way of buying and selling homes can get.”

Thanks Jim. I appreciate that.
Good Tip Danelle. Please give more.
My Inspector is Skinnier than your inspector.....Meet our newest inspector Moe here finishing up a home inspection report. I'm afraid his heart just isn't in it though....Waka Waka Waka....OK I'll see myself out...lol

Just a fun marketing idea if you guys want to swipe and deploy for halloween.

I used this in my last inspector meeting. Went over very well and made for a really productive meeting.
That is pretty doggone cool.
We starting using nametags for the inspectors. Seemed a littel more professional especially considering we are going into people's homes.
Ben's webinars are usually pretty good.
We offer thermal imaging and also think its fantastic. I always want to offer the best inspection posssible with the latest technology. I think its also important though that they buyer/seller understand the limitations with infrared and not have unrealistic expectations.
