How is everyone handling giving access to agent reporting for a marketing person without giving them access to business reporting which includes all financial info?

What are your thoughts on this image? This is in the Dallas area and it is currently dry and hot. Some feedback I've gotten so far is possibly a heat issue. I went back out the other day to take another look. It looks structurally sound and ventilation looks adequate. Although we're dry, I didn't see anything on the roof deck that indicated moisture issues or swelling at the deck joints. H-clips also appeared to be installed fine and baffle installation appeared adequate. I wasn't able to physically confirm that each of the soffit vents were, in fact, cut out because it's a 2 story home.
At this point, I'm leaning towards cosmetic irregularities that seem to be more visible as the sun hits it at the right angle (mostly morning and evening times). Similar to when you shine your flashlight parallel to the drywall and the irregularities pop out. I noticed a house across the street that also has these irregularities.
Any other thoughts?

Has anyone ever added appliances in the RecallChek app and then when you got home to submit, it says "No Appliances Available"? It doesn't happen often (maybe 3 times for me). I suppose it could be user error, but I think those chances are slim.
