What is Delta 8?
Delta-8 is a cannabinoid similar to Delta-9, which is commonly referred to as Marijuana or Weed. Delta-8 however, in order to be sold in states where Marijuana is recreationally illegal, is produced from industrial hemp as compared to they marijuana plant. The definitions of what is considered industrial hemp gets a little confusing as these guidelines are set federally by the 2018 Federal Farm Bill, but states such as Colorado and now potentially Florida have outlawed Delta-8 contrary to the federal guidelines. What does Senate Bill 1698 say?
